Our mission is to help people from diverse backgrounds to realise their full potential and enjoy a better quality of life, now and in the future.


The Inclusive Foundation which provides grants, advice and assistance to charitable and voluntary organisations working in equality, diversity and inclusion across the UK and Europe. An auction in aid of the Foundation will be held at the European Diversity Awards at the Savoy Hotel on 22nd September, hosted by Jane Hill and headline sponsored by Google.

Our Patron - Margot JamesMargot James MP

Margot James was elected MP for Stourbridge in May 2010, having previously served as the Vice-Chair of the Conservative Party for Women. In Parliament she now sits on the Business, Innovation and Skills Select Committee as well as serving on many All Party Parliamentary Groups.

Prior to entering politics Margot co-founded her own specialist public relations company, Shire Health.  Shire Health was voted ‘Consultancy of the Year’ three times by the pharmaceutical industry, and Margot was the first winner of their ‘Communicator of the Year’ award in 1997. She also served on the board of Parkside NHS Trust for four years, spent ten years as a trustee of Abantu (an African women’s charity), in addition to working as a mentor for the Prince’s Trust and Young Enterprise.
